Co-founding an EdTech venture from zero

Problem

Students had no level-matched exercises; feedback came only at weekly submissions. Lecturers found exercise creation cumbersome, with no quick signal.

What I did

Product vision, roadmap, backlog refinement (user stories, mockups), prioritisation, stakeholder coordination. Students and assistants were invited to our office for user testing; we iterated on the feedback.

Result

Used regularly by 4,500+ students at ETH and HSG; top feedback from students and assistants.
